Even before hurricane Maria, the “Dear Fiscal Board” speaker series was committed to making sure Puerto Rico’s government and the federally-mandated Fiscal Control Board incorporate a “digital mindset” in identifying and applying for solutions to the island’s economic crisis.
Post-María, Puerto Rico faces an even greater challenge, which in turn presents an even greater opportunity for digital to emerge as a significant tool in providing targeted assistance and ensuring an effective rebuilding process.
Join the conversation via livestream on November 16th as “Dear Fiscal Board” engages in various conversations with tech and policy leaders in Washington, D.C., including current and former members of the US Digital Service. 100% of ticket donations will be used to support the ConPRmetidos fund, used to provide long-term relief to the victims of Hurricane María in Puerto Rico.
